MCK-301Control unit for middle- and low temperaturerefrigerating machines with automatic defrost The MCK-301 allows to monitor freezer and evaporator temperature and also, depending on a specified mode of operation, to monitor the second evaporator temperature or fan air stream temperature. The device permits to start automatic defrost at temperature difference between refrigerating chamber and fan air stream. The MCK-301 can perform protective compressor cut-out if PTC- or NTC-type temperature sensor of compressor is connected to the MCK-301. The MCK-301 provides safety compressor and fan stop under abnormal supply line parameters (the unit performs monitoring of RMS phase voltage and line voltage, phase imbalance, correct phase sequence and power contacts state of external magnetic starter before and after compressor cut-in) and also accomplishes a consequent automatic reset when voltage parameters regenerated after user-ser time delay has expired. The MCK-301 is designed to control freezers, refrigerating counters, monoblocs and other refrigerating shop and industrial equipment. The control unit has three temperature sensors. It performs services of voltage relay and phase monitoring relay (protection against voltage of poor quality in the mains) and can operate from a three-phase or a single-phase mains input. Magnetic starter power contacts switch monitoring is provided. FEATURES user interface is available that provides the unit status monitoring and the unit operation programming; a big menu is provided allowing to program 60 operating parameters with a high accuracy; the menu is easy to use and to change; operation, setting and programming are optimised and simplified; there are three different modes of operation such as the thermostat conditions, the refrigeration conditions and the alarm conditions; holds the user-set chamber temperature, starts the defrost and the condensate drip-off in the thermostat mode; the fan control type setting is provided; the compressor start, ON-time and stop can be set from the menu parameters; the defrost type, the defrost stop type, the defrost start mode of operation and different between-defrost delay count methods are set by user; a quick refrigeration of the chamber filled with a new (warm) product for user-set time; a defrost delay is specified by user; defrost in refrigeration conditions is provided; fault states control system is provided; alarm conditions are on when fault states control system trips; sophisticated decision-making algorithm for each specific case in all modes of operation; independent indication for each mode of operation as well as compressor & fan cut-in indication; separate decision-making logic for each type of fault; freezer & evaporator temperature monitoring; the mains parameters (RMS phase or line voltage, phase imbalance, correct phase sequence and external magnetic starter power contacts position before and after compressor cut-in) monitoring is provided: starter terminals voltage monitoring is provided; protective compressor & fan stop on unallowable mains parameters and the automatic reset on voltage parameters regeneration with reset delay selected by user; three control levels are available for user; a keyboard lockage/unlockage option is provided; operation levels can be selected as user level and adjuster level; a digital indication of all faults codes is provided; user can preset the desirable conditions the unit will operate when power is applied: it can be thermostat conditions or 30sec-delayed defrost after the device has started; automatic change-over to thermostat conditions after refrigeration/ defrost conditions have been over. MCK-301-7 CONTROL UNIT FOR REFRIGERATING MACHINES WITH AUTOMATIC DEFROST The MCK-301 -7 control unit is designed to control refrigerating industrial equipment. The unit allows: to control and to maintain a chamber temperature; to perform refrigeration condition ; to start defrost by the periodic compressor stop; to provide connection for the external alarm signaling; to protect compressor from the frequent cuts-in ; to protect from unauthorized parameter change . The MCK-301-7 provides the following modes of operation: thermostat conditions; refrigeration conditions; alarm conditions
