Application:ST-6030TA is suitable for the shrink film packaging of various bottles or cans with trays (half boxes), such as PET bottles of the mineral water, beverage bottles, cans and so on. It can also be used the shrink of other products with cases. It works with the constant temperature shrink tunnel to automatically process the operation of which includes sleeve wrapping, sealing and cutting, shrinking and cooling. The packed goods are neat, compact and are suitable for long transportation. Applicable to the packaging of PE or PVC shrink film. It can pack not only single row bottles and feeding two rows or three rows at the same time or adjustable for four rows feeding to raise productivity.Technical Features:1.The whole machines introduced into the foreign advanced technology and made based on European engineering standard. It adopts the U.K NORGEN cylinder, MITSUBISHI PLC, German SICK photoelectric switch and other famous electrical units to control and execute the whole process, which is accurate, stable and reliable.2.The feeding conveyor belt is LFPOM material, which is abrasion and durable. It is controlled by stepless-changed electromotor to make it works stable. We can also adjust it to suit the customers production lines.3.The heating cutter is coated with TEFLON to prevent it from sticking the film. It is designed with power cooling system to make the sealing lines cool quickly and make the sealing lines stronger. It has a auto protection function which prevents cutting the products and protects the operator at the same time.4.The feeding film system adopts SICK proximity switch which works with worn wheel and worn speed reducer to make it work stability and maintain adjustable uniform tension on the film.
